ACICLOVIR (ARVICLO) TABLET – TREATMENT OF VIRAL INFECTIONS

Arviclo 800mg Tablet is a type of antiviral medication. It aids in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes labialis, herpes simplex, shingles, genital herpes, and chickenpox. It inhibits virus replication in human cells, assisting in the removal of the infection.

How Arviclo 800mg Tablet is used?

Arviclo 800mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and for the duration prescribed by your doctor. Even if you feel better, do not skip any doses and complete the entire course of treatment. Before taking it, dissolve it in a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food, but it is best taken at a specific time. If you forget to take a dose, do so as soon as possible. If your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule.

In Herpes simplex virus infections
This tablet contains an antiviral medication. It inhibits the herpes virus’s growth and spread in the body. It will not cure herpes nor will it prevent the infection from spreading to others. However, it can hasten the healing of sores and reduce symptoms such as tingling, pain, burning, and itching.
In Chickenpox
This medication is used to treat chickenpox. It is most effective if started within 24 to 48 hours of the rash’s onset. To get the most out of it, take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Chickenpox, on the other hand, is extremely contagious. You can help prevent the spread of chickenpox by practicing good hygiene and frequently washing your hands. Reduce your contact with people who have chickenpox. Stay at home if you already have chickenpox until all of your blisters have dried and crusted over.

Side effects of the Tablet:

This medication can cause headaches, dizziness, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, and fever. Inform your doctor if these side effects do not resolve or last for an extended period of time. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, please consult your doctor.
